BREW-tiful Coffee™ Refund Policy
Brew-tiful Coffee will make every effort to ship products within seven (7) business days from the date an order is received. If items are not in stock, they will be placed on back order and shipped when available. These back-ordered items will be noted in your order confirmation email. If back-ordered items are not expected to ship within thirty (30) days, Brew-tiful Coffee will notify you and/or your customer. You will be not charged for nor receive PRV on back-ordered items until the product ships. Alternatively, you may cancel back-ordered by email request. If a refund or credit on your account is required, your PRV will be decreased by that amount in the same month the refund or credit is issued.
Refunds on unopened items (coffee/tea/beauty) that are unaltered and in re-saleable condition will be honored up to 7 days after purchase. Your purchase will be refunded minus shipping costs. You must contact us to obtain an RMA number. Opened coffee/tea/beauty items may still be accepted if the product was purchased thru a Representative and 80% of the contents remain. If both qualifications are met, you must contact your Rep to exchange for an item of equal or lesser value within 7 days of receipt. Cocktail Drink Mix and Starter Kit sales are final.
