This Brazilian coffee is harvested on the Santana Estate in the Cerrado region of Brazil. A tropical savanna perfect for cultivating specialty-grade coffees. The coffee here is grown at 2,950-3,100 feet, and this particular crop is composed of 80% Mundo Novo and 20% Yellow Catuai varietals. You'll enjoy the medium body, balanced flavor, and smooth finish of this deliciously roasted brew.
